Once a floral arrangement has been created and delivered to the address provided by the customer, we do not offer returns or refunds. This policy applies even if the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

We understand that plans can change. If your order has not yet been prepared (typically 24-48 hours before delivery), a refund may be issued. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing the purchase.
Quality Concerns at Delivery
If you have any concerns about the quality of your flowers upon delivery, please notify the courier immediately. While returns are not accepted, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you paid by credit card and choose to cancel your order due to reasons such as entering the wrong address or changing your mind, please note that Shopify charges a 3% transaction fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
